To interview shortlisted applicants for these vacant holdings. (NB: Timetable and supporting documents circulated separately)

(An item taken under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 during which the press and public were excluded, no representations having been received to such consideration under Regulation 5(5) of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012).
The Head of Digital Transformation and Business Support reported on the circumstances of these relettings.
The Committee then considered the rent for these holdings and interviewed prospective tenants.
It was MOVED by Councillor Chugg, SECONDED by Councillor Brook and
RESOLVED
(a) That the tenancy of Manor Farm, Holcombe, Dawlish be offered to Mr JE on the terms and conditions proposed; and
(b) That the tenancy of North Ground Farm, Milton Abbot be offered to Mr JD on the terms and conditions proposed.

RESOLVED that:
(a) the tenancy of Higher Leigh Farm, Churchstow be offered to JP on the terms and conditions proposed;
(b) the tenancy of Lower Chitterley Farm, Bickleigh be offered to AF on the terms and conditions proposed;
(c) subject to the existing tenant of Cotley Farm, Ottery St Mary surrendering his lease of the holding, a new tenancy of Cotley Farm, Ottery St Mary be offered to LK on the terms and conditions proposed.
