Since 2020, Devon County Council has undertaken extensive consultation with the local community about improving safe routes for walking and cycling in the Heavitree and Whipton area. We welcome the proposals for a thorough trial scheme, including further consultation, and ask councillors to support the recommendations being made to Exeter HATOC on 20 June 2023.
