Parking permits. Stoke hill crescent became dump place for long free parking area for students, local garages, post office workers and mzny more. There is no more spaces for residents. People visiting or parents dropping children to school. Rubbish collections are becoming a chalenge for drivers. Im more then sure that emergency services will not be able to get on site as well
