our short cul de sac in Coleridge Close, Exmouth is classed as an access way because it is a shared surface without kerbs or footways & has red block paving to signify it is different from other residential roads. We suffer from speeding because it is grouped together with the normal tarmac/ footpath residential roads as 30mph which is ridiculous considering some elderly & families front doors are only 2 metres from the edge of road.
