It has become increasingly difficult for zone F residents to find parking. Making zone F resident permit holders exempt from the 2 hour time limit would reduce the numbers of residents driving around the area in search of parking in the evenings. There are a number of key workers in the area, meaning a lot of residents are returning from work at all hours. The 2 hour parking spaces are often empty for the majority of the day, while residents in the area are unable to park near their houses.
