Due to the expansion of new housing the volume of vehicles has increased on a main cut through from the Dawlish Road to Exeter Road. With 3 schools in the immediate locality vehicles rarely adhere to the 30mph / 20mph speed limit and there is no specific crossing area. We should not wait for a serious incident to occur before something is put in place.
