Update from committee representative.

Verbal update on the use of existing powers to aid bus gate enforcement, in line with a recommendation at the October meeting (minute *62 refers), namely:

g) Officers continue to explore the use of existing powers to aid enforcement of the bus gate, and that they report back to the next committee on this.
