6. Successful Local Sustainable Transport Fund (LSTF) 15/16 applications

Report of the Head of Planning, Transportation and Environment (PTE/14/74 - text only | pdf | supplementary information PTE/14/74) on Devon County Council s application to this Fund created to help build strong local economies and address the urgent challenges of climate change. Devon County Council has successfully run LSTF programmes since 2011 (Page 1).

7. Church Hill, Pinhoe (Minute *59)

Report of the Head of Highways, Capital Development and Waste (HCW/14/79 - text only | pdf HCW/14/79) on traffic speed data, collected between 25 April and 5 May 2014, in response to safety concerns of local residents that Church Hill is being used by commuter traffic which is perceived to be travelling at speeds exceeding the 20mph speed limit (Page 6).

Agenda Items and Attendance of City Councillors

Under the provisions of Standing Order 23, any member of the HATOC (including the City Council representatives) may put an item on the Agenda for the HATOC relevant to the functions of the Committee, subject to them giving notice in writing to the Chief Executive of the matter to be discussed by 9.00am on the eighth working day before the meeting.

Any member of the City Council for the area covered by the HATOC who is not a member of the Committee, within the area covered by the HATOC, may, after giving 24 hours notice in writing to the Chief Executive, attend and speak to any item on the Agenda with the consent of the Committee.

Exeter HATOC Public Participation

Any member of the public resident in the administrative area of the county of Devon may make a presentation to the Committee on a proposed Traffic Regulation Order being considered by the Committee,
