Jacobs are currently completing a report appraising a range of possible interventions for Fore Street, Heavitree from its junction with North Street to the junction with Whipton Lane. In order to ensure that innovative approach was taken to this complex, mixed priority section of carriageway Jacobs have been asked to prepare a range of possible options drawing from experience elsewhere in the UK and Europe. Necessarily this has taken some time and a completed report with costed options is expected by end March 2014.
