It was MOVED by Councillor Channon, SECONDED by Councillor Knight and RESOLVED

that Councillor Bernard Hughes be elected Chairman for the ensuing year.

It was MOVED by Councillor S Hughes, SECONDED by Councillor Bowden and RESOLVED

that Councillor Knight be elected Vice Chairman for the ensuing year.

RESOLVED that the Minutes of the meeting held on 30 March 2009 be signed as a correct record.
