A meeting of the East Devon Highways and Traffic Orders Committee will be held on the above date at 9am at the Council Offices, Knowle, Sidmouth to consider the following matters.

MATTERS FOR DECISION

4. Devon and Torbay Local Transport Plan 2011 to 2026: Proposed Programme 2012/13/ to 2014/15 for Devon

Joint Report of the Head of Planning, Transportation and Environment, and Head of Highways and Traffic Management (PTE/12/23 - text only | pdf PTE/12/23). The report summarises the proposed programme for the Local Transport Plan integrated Transport Block and corporate funding over the next three years in the East Devon area.

5. Speed Limit, A3052 Sidmouth road, Clyst St Mary

Report of the Head of Highways and Traffic Management (HTM/12/22 - text only | pdf HTM/12/22). At the East Devon HATOC of 31 October 2011, Councillor Bowden asked that in reference to Minute *13 (request for a lower speed limit on the A3052 Sidmouth Road, in the vicinity of the Cat and Fiddle Residential park) that this item be placed on the agenda for the next meeting in March 2012.

Any member of the public resident in the administrative area of the County of Devon may make a presentation on any proposed traffic order being considered by the Committee. Any request to make a presentation must be given to the Office of the Chief Executive, County Hall, Exeter by 12 noon on the third working day before the relevant meeting.
