Members are requested to bring their diaries to agree a date for the next meeting so that arrangements can be made and Members can put the date straight into their diaries. Members should be aware that if the next meeting falls in July or after then a new Chairman and Vice-Chairman will need to be elected. In accordance with the yearly rotation of Chairman, the next Chairman should be a County Councillor.
