Presentation by Gabi Recknagel from Exeter CVS. This presentation will provide an overview of government policy, an introduction to key concepts and definitions, and the opportunity to discuss support for Councillors for implementing best practice in Community Engagement. The paper Duty to Involve is attached (Page 13) and the document by the National Empowerment Partnership Engagement and Empowerment in Rural Areas A Case Study is enclosed separately with the agenda.
