A meeting of the West Devon Highways and Traffic Orders Committee will be held on the above date at 11am at the Offices of Okehampton Town Council, Okehampton to consider the following matters.

1. Apologies for Absence
2. Election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman
In accordance with the Constitution, Chairman and Vice-Chairman must be Members of the County Council.
3. Minutes of the meetings held on 29 March 2012 (Page 3).
4. Items Requiring Urgent Attention
Items which in the opinion of the Chairman should be considered at the meeting as a matter of urgency.
5. Call Outs for Highway Defects
In accordance with Standing Orders Councillor Marsh has requested that this item be considered by the Committee. Report of the Head of Highways and Traffic Management (HTM/12/69 - text only | pdf

6. The Work of Lengthsmen Time Allocated to Parishes
In accordance with Standing Orders Councillor Sellis has requested that this item be considered by the Committee. Head of Highways and Traffic Management to report.
7. Proposed Pedestrian Crossing at Horrabridge across the A386 by Manor Garage
In accordance with Standing Orders Councillor Sanders has requested that this item be considered by the Committee. Head of Highways and Traffic Management to report.

9. Dates of Future Meetings
The Committee to note the dates of future meetings for next year:
27 March 2013 (Tavistock) starting at 11 am.
4 June 2013 (Okehampton) starting at 11am.
6 November 2013 (Tavistock) starting at 11am.
