9. Totnes on the Move

In accordance with Standing Order 23(2), Councillor Vint has asked to give a progress report on Totnes on the Move in his capacity as Chairman of the organisation.

10. Actions Taken Under Delegated Powers

Report of the Head of Highways, Capital Development Waste (HCW/14/42 - text only | pdf HCW/14/42) on action taken under delegated powers on advertised Traffic Regulation Orders since the last meeting, attached (Page 120).

11. Dates for Future HATOC Meetings
