A meeting of the South Hams Highways and Traffic Orders Committee will be held in the Cary Room at the Offices of South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes TQ9 5NE on the above date at 9.30am to consider the following matters.

4. Highway Virtual Joint Venture Update

The Head of Highways, Capital Development Waste will provide an update on Devon County Council s working with South West Highways, which under a Virtual Joint Venture delivers the Devon Highways Service.

5. Market and Coastal Towns Rural Foundation Programme/Devon and Torbay Local Transport Plan 2011 to 2026: Proposed Programme 2012/13 to 2014/15

Report of the Head of Planning, Transportation Environment (PTE/13/99 - text only | pdf PTE/13/99) on the 2013/14 and 2014/15 schemes relevant to the South Hams HATOC area that were agreed by Cabinet in July 2013, attached (Page 5).

To note that meetings have been arranged for the following dates: 25 April, 18 July and 28 November 2014 (all Fridays, 9.30am at Follaton House, Totnes).
