A meeting of the South Hams Highways and Traffic Orders Committee will be held in the Cary Room at the Offices of South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes TQ9 5NE on the above date at 9.30am to consider the following matters.

5. Totnes Experimental Traffic Order

Report of the Head of Highways Traffic Management (HTM/12/71 - text only | pdf | supplementary information HTM/12/71) summarising the results of traffic surveys, casualty collision investigations and recent public consultations regarding the extent of traffic using Fore Street and High Street, Totnes illegally and recommending a course of action to address the situation, attached (Page 8).
