(a) Reinstatement of the Rail Line Between Lynton and Barnstaple

Mr Ian Cowling, Trustee of the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway Trust, to report on progress. (NB. The District Council representatives on the North Devon HATOC have been invited to attend for this item)

(b) Issues to raise at the Locality Committee from Members serving on other bodies as representatives of DCC (for example, Local Children s Trust).

(c) Opportunity for Feedback from District and Local Council Representatives.

5. HOW ARE WE DOING?

(This part of the meeting will enable Members to be kept up-to-date with developments in the locality and monitor the provision of services, to help them identify issues that may need to be addressed or upon which representations may need to be made to influence local and national policy making; complementing the work of other relevant bodies such as the County Council s Scrutiny Committees)
