(a) Developing Resilience in Devon Communities: Richard Horne, Emergency Planning Manager, to report.

(b) Devon Special Olympics 2012: Briefing by Councillor Haywood.

(c) Joint Funding Projects: To discuss potential funding for Devon Special Olympics and other local projects (Councillor Haywood).

(During this part of the meeting Members will consider requests for financial support either from Members Locality Budgets or other sources of funding and respond to/advise local Councils and other organisations on the needs of this locality)
