A meeting of the North Devon Highways and Traffic Orders Committee will be held on the above date at 10.00 am in the Torridge Room at the Civic Centre, Barnstaple to consider the following matters.

4. LTP Programme

Cabinet previously approved a three year Local Transport Plan Integrated Block programme in December 2011. This programme is now being revised to reflect changing circumstances such as scheme slippage and the need to match fund key bids for new central government funding. A revised programme for 2013/14 and 2014/15 will be submitted to Cabinet in April 2013 and reported to the next available Highways and Traffic Orders Committee.

5. Parking Dispensation Scheme

Report of the Head of Highways and Traffic Management (HTM/13/31 - text only | pdf HTM/13/31) (Page 9) on the Parking Dispensation Scheme introduced in November 2011 to manage vehicles parked by contractors (and landlords) undertaking works within restricted parking areas.

6. Prohibition of Motor Vehicles (except buses), Gould Road and Greenbank Road Forches Estate, Barnstaple
