A meeting of the Mid Devon Highways and Traffic Orders Committee will be held on the above date at 11.00 am at the Town Hall, Tiverton to consider the following matters.

PART I - OPEN COMMITTEE

1. Apologies for Absence

2. Election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman

In accordance with the Constitution, Chairman and Vice-Chairman must be Members of the County Council.

3. Minutes of the meeting held on 12 March 2012 (Page ).

4. Items Requiring Urgent Attention

Items which in the opinion of the Chairman should be considered at the meeting as a matter of urgency.

5. Summary of Traffic Management and Parking Issues in Cullompton (Minute *70)

Presentation by the Head of Planning, Transportation and Environment.

6. Update on the Cullompton Eastern Distributor Road and Junction 28 with the M5

Presentation by the Head of Planning, Transportation and Environment.


7. Parking and Access Issues at the Exit to Copplestone Methodist Church and Community Rooms

In accordance with Standing Orders Councillor Nick Way has asked that the possible removal of the Copplestone parking bay be considered at this meeting (See Minute *73 from last meeting)

8. Items for Future Meetings

Members to raise items for consideration at a future meeting.

Any member of the public resident in the administrative area of the County of Devon may make a presentation on any proposed traffic order being considered by the Committee.
