5. Theme Based Report Overview of Children, Young People and Family Indicators

Report of the Director of Public Health on the theme of Children, Young People and Families, as outlined as a priority in the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy. The report also outlines the Child Health Indicators, attached at (page 19).
6. Children, Young People and Families (CYPF) Alliance Plan

A report of Cabinet Member for Children, Schools and Skills and Strategic Director (People), on the Children, Young People and Families Alliance Plan and accountability mechanisms between the Health and Wellbeing Board and the Children, Young People and Families Alliance, attached at (page 21).
The Devon Children, Young People and Families Plan ( My Life, My Journey ) can be found at http://www.devonchildrensalliance.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/CYPF-Plan-Final.pdf but a hard copy is attached for Board Members.
A presentation will also be given on the new Plan and the work of the Alliance.
