BOARD BUSINESS - MATTERS FOR DECISION

3. Joint Commissioning in Devon and the Better Care Fund (formally the Integration and Transformation Fund)

Joint report of the Head of Social Care Commissioning, Managing Director Partnerships (NEW Devon CCG) and the Director of Commissioning (South Devon and Torbay CCG), on the Better Care Fund and proposed Plan for submission.

A final version of the Plan will be circulated as soon as it is available.

Emergencies

In the event of the fire alarm sounding leave the building immediately by the nearest available exit, following the fire exit signs. If doors fail to unlock press the Green break glass next to the door. Do not stop to collect personal belongings, do not use the lifts, do not re-enter the building until told to do so.
