Report of the Director of Public Health, which reviews progress against the overarching priorities identified in the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy for Devon 2013-2016, attached at (page 12).

5. Good Health and Wellbeing in Older Age

(a) Overview Report - Good Health and Wellbeing in Older Age

A report of the Director of Public Health, giving an introduction to the position in Devon in relation to good health and wellbeing in older age, attached at (page 15).

(b) A Focus on Frailty

A report of the Director of Public Health, focusing on Frailty, to help inform the wider discussion on good health and wellbeing in older people, attached at (page 18).

The Board will also hold a round table discussion on the above Health and Wellbeing Strategy Priority, with input from all Board partners on how they are contributing, and for the Board to assess any potential gaps in provision and identify improved joint working opportunities.

7. Integrated Digital Fund Bid

Report and business case from NEW Devon CCG. The Board are asked to formally endorse the fund bid following personal endorsement by the Chairman of the Board to meet the deadlines of this bid, attached at (page 31)

8. NEW Devon CCG Quality Premium Indicators

A report of the NEW Devon CCG asking for Board endorsement for the Quality Premium Indicators attached at (page 39).

9. Devon Children s Safeguarding Board Annual Report

A report of the Chair of the Children s Safeguarding Board asking for endorsement of the final content of the Safeguarding Board s Annual Report, attached at (page 42).

Due to the final version not yet being available on the web, a copy has been made available to Board members.

10. Devon Adults Safeguarding Board Annual Report 2013/2014
